Holland America Line culinary consultant and Master Chef, Rudi Sodamin, is a driving force behind the enhancement of Holland America Line's dining experience. Sodamin is pictured in the Culinary Arts Center aboard the ms Ryndam.

The ms Ryndam's Culinary Arts Center features a state-of-the-art show kitchen outfitted with premier tools and equipment from industry leaders such as Wolf, Sub Zero and Kitchen Aid. Guests get an up-close view of the cooking action on large, plasma screens while broadcast capabilities provide all guests the opportunity to watch these events from the comfort of their staterooms. Holland America Line's groundbreaking Culinary Arts Program is being implemented across the fleet throughout 2005.
Wine Tasting Bar

The ms Ryndam's Wine Tasting Bar and product display area adjacent to Holland America's newly debuted Culinary Arts Center. Guests can view culinary demonstrations, sample wines and purchase products featured during culinary classes and in the vessels five-star dining venues, including selections from the Pinnacle Grill's wine list and exclusive Riedel stemware
